Hi! My name is Coach Brandy.

My passion is to empower others, especially those new to fitness, to do things they never thought were possible. I believe that nutrition and fitness can change your life.

Over the past 11 years as a fitness professional, founder and Co-owner of a gym, I saw lives and bodies changed for the better, but there was a persistent obstacle.

Many of my members—deeply motivated to form their best bodies—believed they needed to cut out everything they enjoyed eating or work out ALL THE TIME in order to lose weight.

They felt trapped trapped in a vicious circle of inconsistently giving up foods or everyday routines they thought were a problem without necessarily getting the results expected or desired.

If you are not a professional athlete, you may not have the time to follow strict diets or dedicate most of your free time to fitness. We all want to LIVE AND ENJOY LIFE!

As it turns out, there is a fairly straightforward way out of this cycle.
