You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.

Payment Terms

All payments made on our site are processed securely. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the services provided. Client is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with courses and products they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency. If client chooses to pay by monthly installments, he/she authorizes the monthly charge for the product on the client`s credit card or debit card.

CONDITIONAL GUARANTEE

We offer a 90 day conditional guarantee. We do not offer refunds. To request consideration for the guarantee, clients are required to participate and complete the course, attend all the coaching calls (or watch the replays), and follow the plan given.

Intellectual Property

All content on weightlossafter30.com and Company’s program original materials that have been provided to client are for client’s individual use only and a single-user license. All intellectual property, and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of JAB COMMUNICATIONS, INC. Further, by purchasing this product, Client agrees that if Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of Client’s Agreements contained in this paragraph, the Company will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.

User Content

By providing us with any content, you’re giving us permission to use it worldwide, in any format, and for various purposes, like a content library, advertising or promotions, without any compensation to you and without further authorization from you. This includes your participation in the programs which may be recorded in audio, video, still image or other form. Client disclaims any interest in the content and further acknowledges that they shall constitute the sole property of the Company. Client hereby waive all rights of ownership, inspection, or approval with regard to content. Client also hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Company from and against any and all liability, including, without limitation, claims for invasion of privacy or publicity, defamation or copyright infringement, resulting. Client agrees that this release shall be binding on client, client’s legal representatives, heirs, and assigns.

Client Responsibilities:

Client understands my coach or and courses are provided to facilitate the creation/development of nutrition, training,health, or personal goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals. Client acknowledges that client must also hold themself accountable. The services and product provided are for education & guidance and to help clients reach their goals but ultimately clients are responsible for being in action consistently. 

Medical Disclaimer:

The coaching, courses or products provided does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions including eating or mental disorders. Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for medical care, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and client will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy. If a client is currently under medical care or in therapy or otherwise under the care of a mental health professional, client is required to consult with the health care provider regarding the advisability of working with a coach and that this person is aware of client’s decision to proceed with the coaching. Client understands that coaching, courses and products provided is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by medical professionals. Clients should seek independent professional guidance for medical matters. Client understands that client should seek professional medical advice prior to participating in or practicing any nutritional program disclosed, suggested or referred to in connection with this communication and/or the products and services provided on this site.
